      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi NXP team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using '&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;MIMX8MM5CVTKZAA' part in our design, without VPU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The attached Appnote AN12410 is a good reference point for our design.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Appnote provides all the relevant power consumption for 'VDD_GPU_VPU_DRAM' power supply rail. If VPU is not being used, how shall we treat power consumption on these rails.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For example, Table-3 'IDLE_DEFAULT' condition in the appnote has a total current on '&lt;SPAN&gt;VDD_GPU_VPU_DRAM' as 402 mA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Mihir2_0-1677219244536.png" style="width: 573px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/212226iBACB5B26B1710715/image-dimensions/573x159?v=v2" width="573" height="159" role="button" title="Mihir2_0-1677219244536.png" alt="Mihir2_0-1677219244536.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How shall we consider the current?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. 402 mA current on each VDD_GPU and VDD_DRAM power supply rails. 0mA on VDD_VPU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. 201 mA current on each VDD_GPU and VDD_DRAM rails and 0mA on VDD_VPU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mihir&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
