&lt;P&gt;As far I know the tool does not support that kind of extension, you can take a look here and check the supported extensions:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;.wks&lt;/STRONG&gt; file is part of &lt;STRONG&gt;.wic&lt;/STRONG&gt; image creation (whole image size will increase if any new partition is introduced in .wks file ). So, we can not flash this file alone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
