Dear NXP,

WKS file used to create the EMMC Partition. Is there any way to flash WKS file by using uuu tool ?

As far I know the tool does not support that kind of extension, you can take a look here and check the supported extensions:

.wks file is part of .wic image creation (whole image size will increase if any new partition is introduced in .wks file ). So, we can not flash this file alone.
