onscreen keyboard issue (logging out when used)

Hi All,

I'm using arm board which has ubuntu 10.04 LTS lucid on it. When i'm using onscreen keyboard (onboard application) with touch screen LCD, its logging out after 2 or 3 clicks on keyboard.

I verified onscreen keyboard with VGA and external mouse (without touch screen)and found that there is no issue. So, what could be the problem that is making my system to logout when touch screen and on screen keyboard are used?

Board details:

------------------

IMX53 1Ghz processor, 1GB ram and 4GB SD card for filesystem.

Hello Swaraj,

Are you using a freescale evaluation board?, like the quick start board?, can you tell me which evaluation hardware you are using?

Yes! Its IMX53 start-R board. Did you ever come across this kind of issue?

No, actually I never experienced this problem with the Start-R.

Can you please tell me which screen are you using?

I'm using 4.3" SEIKO WVGA LCD touch screen display. Is that the problem with Ubuntu 10.04 version or on screen keyboard issue or LCD issue?
