running viv_samples tutorials

Hi,

I am getting my hands on imx6 SABRE-AUTO board.

I tried running some tutorials in /opt/viv_samples directory.

I want to know what output should the tutorials give on the console/screen??

e.g tutorial1 when executed from command line, comes out to the prompt without reporting any failure/printing anything on the console etc.

Another tutorial "tiger" reports the following error.

-sh-4.1# ./tiger

vdkIntialize() failed.

CreateWindow() failed.

Can you please guide me as to how should I go about using the tutorials and how do I interpret the messages.

which BSP are you using?

Have you enable the GPU driver in kernel configuration? and gpu-viv-bin-mx6q installed?
