IMX6 - DDR Stress Test tool - memory test source code

Hi,

I have been using the IMX6QD v3.00 DDR Stress tool for memory testing and calibration.

Would be great if I could integrate these memory test algorithms into our products extended PowerOnSelf Test (POST). Does NXP provide this level of support, providing source code?
