It seems that your network issue, check your network and use the following commands try again:

"bitbake -c cleanall cpuburn-neon", then "bitbakc cpuburn-neon"

Thank you! My network here cannot download cpuburn-neon-20140626 . I copied it from a friend and it has been compiled successfully . Although, please provide a official cpuburn-neon version, only cpuburn-neon cannot be downloaded @ L4.9.88_2.0.0

Yes, it will OK you get the package and copy to you directory and then compile. I do not have the L4.9.88_2.0.0 version source code in my PC, I will ask my colleagues if they have and then share to you.
