i.mx53 DDR stress test tool on a different UART

We're having trouble with a batch of production i.mx53 boards with DDR3.

I've got the DDR stress test tool, but unfortunately that's distributed as a binary which relies on the first UART for communications.

The board layout doesn't allow access to one of the UART pins on either pinmux alt setting.

Is the source code of this available please? Or a version that uses another UART?
