Hello Yuri,

I assembled three boards, one outpiu voltage is OK except 1.2V, which I don't need it, the other two have the same issue and the voltage are the same, 2.3V and 2.8V, instead of 1.5V and 1.8V. included is the schemmatics.

I used PF0100F9AZES PMIC to generate system power, one board generate all the correct power, the other one has some issues. According to the spec, Vgen2 pin 18) should generate a 1.5V output, but I get a 2.8V output, sw4LX (pin 21), after the inductor, I should get a 1.8V output, but I get a 2.4V output? some things wrong? or the chip was not programmed correctly?

I guess that because the output of pin 21 (SW4LX) is 2.4V, the input to pin 17 is 2.4V, that's cause the output of Vgen2 is high. I checked the inputs on pin 7,10,12, there are all 4.36V, it seems a reasonable value, the problem is why output of sw4 is high?

Found the problem. Not the pmic problem, but the output pin was shorted to a 3.0v trace.

Thank you very much.
