flicker issues on imx8mq

Hi，

our device use:

Android release is: p9.0.0_2.0.0-ga

Linux version 4.14.98

and we test find the device had an issue, the window always flicker, please see the mp4 files in the attachment.

How to analysis this problem? I saw another OEM also had this flicker problem.

Do you have some patch?

we find a phenomenon is when we used the adb to screenrecord ,the flicker was disappeared.

adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/tt.mp4

why? please help me to fix this issue.Many thanks.

Hi，we use Imx8M evk.The NXP reference board was not in our company. we will buy one recently.

one can add additional codecs, as described in sect.6 i.MX_Android_
