How to load and start bootanimation in imx8qm Android 9

Dear NXP,

I load bootanimation.zip file in /system/media/bootanimation.zip. But, I unable to see the animation on screen.

Will you please tell me how to load bootanimation.zip in source. Is there any configuration to load bootanimation

I checked and implement so many nxp thread but, not giving any result.
