      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Fu Qiang,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is not VLC recipe available as part of the Yocto BSP release or Community BSP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There were some efforts by third parties to integrate VLC on i:MX boards in the past (link below)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://wiki.dh-electronics.com/index.php/Building_Chromium,_VLC_and_X11VNC_using_Yocto"&gt;https://wiki.dh-electronics.com/index.php/Building_Chromium,_VLC_and_X11VNC_using_Yocto&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I haven’t heard of efforts in newer layers. VLC is open source so you may write your own Yocto recipe, although this is not a trivial task.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My apologies for the inconvenience!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
