Are you trying to decode the part numbers of both parts?

I assume you were reviewing MCIMX6X4CVM08AC - Figure 1. Part Number Nomenclature—i.MX 6SoloX, but I want to be sure that we are taking about the same topic.

Regarding the PMIC MMPF0200F6AEP, please check figure below. Unfortunately, I am not able to share more details on the last row decoding.

Please take into account that this marking conventions are closed from public to avoid counterfeiting. However, you can obtain more information from your local marketing office.

I don't need decoding of part numbers.

I just need part marking details in the top of IC, this we need to verify IC during Visual inspection.

And also you shared link not showing any content for me.
