DDR stress test fail on IMX6UL

Hello,

i'm using custom board of IMX6UL. While performing DDR stress test on IMX6UL i'm getting an message "Error write DCD failed".

Im using the IMX6UL_MMDC_DDR3_register_programming_aid.inc script for testing board. I have tried by un-ticking verify DCD address but result is same.
Also i verified all addresses are within the valid address ranges as per i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processor Reference Manual.
I have referred hardware manual for DDR configuration. Checked all the guidelines are matching with our board as per Hardware Development Guide for the i.MX 6UltraLite Applications Processor.

Can anybody help on this issue?

You need to check your DDR design firstly in you schematic. And you need to configure your DDR following the script we supply IMX6UL_MMDC_DDR3_register_programming_aid.

If above steps are OK, then do the DDR stress test to ajust the values.

This may be hardware issue, you can try to check your hardware first.
