Updating zImage and dtb file of sd from uBoot

I was reading through Linux user documentation, and was wondering if I can upload zImage and dtb file to sd card from u-boot. This is avoid changing switch setting to all the time.

Documentation does not mention if this can be done for i.MX8M mini ddr4? Also sd card image layout is missing.

If this is allowed do we have steps with required address for sd card to update images?
