LPDDR4 tracing for imx8mini

one of my ctm has the question related to LPDDR4 tracing for imx8mini -

there is the Table 31. "i.MX 8M Mini DDR package trace delays" into the « i.MX 8M Mini Hardware Developer’s Guide» with the delays into the picoseconds.

Question - to match LPDDR4 lines (for delays) we need to convert the PCB line lengths into the delays. Please advise which formula we should use for it? For the waves propagating into the dielectric or into the air?

Hello,

Recommendation is as following: to calculate the package trace lengths from the

package delays customers can use the rule of thumb - 6mils/ps.
