IMX8MM EVK DDR4 eMMC error while using uuu

I am using im8mm EVK with DDR4. while to flash the images from NXP L4.14.98_2.0.0_ga_images_MX8MMEVK.zip .

uuu.exe -b emmc_all imx-boot-imx8mmddr4evk-sd.bin-flash_ddr4_evk fsl-image-validation-imx-imx8mmevk.sdcard or

uuu.exe -b emmc_all imx-boot-imx8mmddr4evk-sd.bin-flash_ddr4_evk fsl-image-validation-imx-imx8mmevk.tar.bz2\*

I am getting this error

Success 0 Failure 1

meanwhile in the serial port we are getting this

this seems to be an issue with HW. what im missing here.thanks

could you also provide the datasheet for the iMX8MM EVK with DDR4. I see this board only has one MMC and no NAND . thanks

It seems i.MX8M Mini EVK with DDR4 has NAND flash instead of eMMC. For your reference, I have attached the SOM board schematic file, you need to use u-boot file for NAND or SD card in case of DDR4 EVK.

Hi Kunal,

Thanks for sharing the schematic. Yes its only NAND and SD card and we were successful in using the uuu. I would suggest to provide docs on all variation of EVK in the website. There is a difference of Wifi/BT module as well. Some uses Qualcomm 1PJ and some Cypress 1MW.
