imx25 internal RAM

I would like to load and execute a program in the imx25 internal RAM, either via the serial downloader or from SPI flash. Is this possible?

I am assuming some portions of internal RAM are used by the ROM code and would be off limits. I don't find much information on internal RAM in the imx25 reference manual.
