Booting suspends.

Hello,

My own board has been designed with i.MX8MQ running qt image compiled in 4.14.78.

It has 2GB memory.

Booting process sometimes suspends at 'Started Start Psplash Boot Screen' and doesn't go further.

Sometimes kernel panic occurs.

I wonder whether it is memory timing issue or other issue.

Can you advise what the problem is?

one can try to run latest ddr test https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-340179

and follow Chapter 4 How to bring up a new MX8MSCALE board MSCALE_DDR_Tool_User_Guide.pdf
included in ddr test package. Use latest Linux L4.19.35 Linux_4.19.35_1.1.0_ga
