How to debug the imx6solox M4 core freeRTOS application independently using j-link plus.?

Hi,

I am using imx6solox and using Linux on A9 and freeRTOS application on the M4 core. I want to flash/debug the M4 core application independently.

So, How can I flash/debug the M4 core application independently on imx6solox using j-link plus debugger?
