      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a question about the internal Flash of IMXRT1064.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I read / write to the SIP 4M Flash Memory described on page 1426 of the i.MX RT1064 Processor Referenc Manual?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The on-chip 4MB memory is connected to the RT through the FlexSPI2 interface. So, accessing this memory it's the same as if you wanted to access an external flash memory. The memory that comes within the package is a Winbond W25Q32JV. For more details about the memory, please visit &lt;A href="http://www.winbond.com.&amp;nbsp;" target="test_blank"&gt;http://www.winbond.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt; Additional to that, within the SDK you will find two examples named flexspi_nor_polling_transfer and flexspi_hyper_flash_polling_transfer.
