iMX8QM USB REXT pull-down

Hi guys, there is a pull-down resistor required on both USB_OTG2_REXT and USB_SS3_REXT.

Technical Datasheet (Rev 0, 10/2019) page 83 specifies 500R 0.5% (497.5Ω to 502.5Ω).
Hardware Developers Guide (v0.6, 01/2019) page 20 specifies 499R 1% (494Ω to 504Ω)

I don't think this is going to be an issue, but thought I would ask anyway to clarify which is correct and to let you know that the documentation should be changed to agree with each other.

Use the recent Datasheet(s) with hardware specs.

@Yuri: In the meantime the HDG is at revision 2.6 and the datasheet at revision 3, and there is still the mentioned "contradiction" of 499R/1% vs. 500R/0.5%.

Consistency would be highly appreciated.
