IMX233 256MB SLC NAND ecc problem

Hi all

I have a problem when i use NAND FLASH with IMX233, when i try use "md5sum -c" to check my rootfs in nand, i get some failed, howerver i cannot read nand ecc error corrected log.

a. i have try crypress-S34ML02G100TF100, sumsung-K9F2G08U0A, they get the same question.

b. i have known the mtd rst bug, and i have checked the driver has fixed the bug.

c. my kernel version was 2.6.35

d. i try boot from sd and then try "nandtest -k /dev/mtd1" command and sucessed.

e. command "cat /sys/devices/platform/gpmi-nfc.0/mtd_info" get the same status as follow log:

I cannot get ecc corrected log in all my boards, but some boards(about 30%) md5sum was success with no failed.

Please help me to solve the problem?
