Can we use UM10204 as the specification for i.MX8M Mini i2c setup/hold time?

According to i.MX8M and i.MX8Mm Datasheets:

The I2C is designed to be compatible with the I2C Bus Specification, version 2.1,

by Philips Semiconductor (now NXP Semiconductors).
