      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Goto,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The function of the ON_TIME is slightly different. You can see a simplified diagram on the following Community Document.
