How to initialize i.MX 8QuadMax?

Hello,

I am not able to initialize the i.MX 8QuadMax card, when I connect it to the computer (windows 10) nothing happens, when I try to access it through the terminal also do not get results, we have somewhere to download the bootloader file ??

what "card" used in the case. If this is NXP i.MX8QM MEK reference board

one can follow documentation on
i.MX Software | NXP

If this is custom board you can try to get documentation and tools through

NXP local marketing office.
