iMX6 start watchdog timer

Hello. I am using iMX6UL processor and I need to start watchdog timer by external signal. Is there such feature? Can watchdog timer starts by extrenal signal (GPIO, for example)?

In manual reference described external signals WDOG1_ANY and WDOGx_B as Input/Output signals, but I can't understand what is their purpose as input signals.

Hello,

There is no explicit input pin to trigger WDOG start in hardware way.
Customers can use a GPIO for interrupt, assuming that interrupt service

code starts the WDOG if it was not yet working.
