    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Omar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this same problem and found I was using the wrong IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1.tar.gz bundle (I think this came froma pre-release 12.09.01_ER).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming you're using the 12.09.01_GA Linux BSP, try re-downloading the latest IMX_MMCODEC_3.0.1 bundle from Freescale.com (and the IMX_AACPD_3.0.1 bundle if you're using those too). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MD5sum on the Old IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1.tar.gz bundle I was using was af265bb5c67b8a72fc40eb56b6d112e9 which was wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MD5sum on the New IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1_BUNDLE_CODA.tar.gz bundle on Freescale.com (at the time of this post) was 55402c1e74d008eebb88822fc0bc897e. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unpacking this bundle and copying the source packages from ./IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1_BUNDLE_CODA/ltib\ codecs/ to /var/tmp/pkgs cleared up this problem for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The downloads should be IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1_BUNDLE_CODA.tar.gz and IMX_AACPD_3.0.1_BUNDLE_CODA.tar.gz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For quick download, use link below to the Design_Tools_Tab (assuming i.MX6Q), expand the 'Run-time Software' -&amp;gt; 'Middleware-Codecs and other Algorithms' section and re-download the Linux codec bundle (IMX_MMCODECS_3.0.1).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=i.MX6Q&amp;amp;tab=Design_Tools_Tab"&gt;http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=i.MX6Q&amp;amp;tab=Design_Tools_Tab&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I think you can try to download the software package from other web then put it to the /opt/freescale/pkgs/.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
