Read IMX6ULZ fusemap

Hi,

I've read the i.MX 6ULL Reference Manual, the UNIQUE_ID can be read at fuse address 0x410[10:0] and 0x420[15:11], how to inteprete following fusemap to find the address and value of x410 and 0x420?
