The program can be downloaded successfully, but set to EMMC when it starts.

Unable to start and print, it is no problem to test DDR verification with DDR testing tools.

When burning with uuu, the program has also been burned into emmc, and the voltage of start-up configuration pin is all over normal.

Reset and crystal oscillation are also normal. What may be the cause of this situation? Is there any way to investigate it? Thank you.

It seems you want to burn the images to eMMC and boot from it. Please use demo images with L4.14.98_2.0.0, as these are working in i.MX8M Mini EVK.
