Hello all:

The correction DDR is normal on the common board, but abnormal below appears on my own board correction

Press Download button and to appear as shown below

I'm sure my board is in download mode,also A “HID-compliant device” or “USB Input Device” will be shown in the Device Manager as Figure

What should I do?

Hi igor：

I have a DDR of the same model with different memory, now 3G and 4G can be corrected, when I press Calibration to do DDR Training 1G and 2G will have the following error, why? I use the same one DDR script (DS file)

you should create special DDR script (DS file) for used memory using

MX8M_LPDDR4_RPA_v23.xlsx tool from link:

i.MX8 MSCALE SERIES DDR Tool Release (V2.10)

then follow p.9 sect.4. Load DDR initialization script and choose correct downloading options

LPDDR4 memory (MT 53 B 512M32 D2) ；How to modify DS file？

Do you have the 2GB LPDDR4 script？

one can look at sample scripts in /script/mx8m folder of mscale_ddr_tool_v2.10
