I.MX6Q DDR stress test!

We test IMX6Q CPU 2GB DDR3 test DDR!we use test app V2.1 is OK,but when we use V2.9 or V3.0 is fail! we use the same .inc configuration files,What could be the reason?

Hi tommy

reason may be old .inc configuration files, recommended to use ones

provided with ddr tester with custom board modifications and use latest

Thanks for your reply!But I download V3.0 versions,Use the latest .inc configuration files!The following error will occur:ERROR: DCD addr is out of valid range.If we remove this command://setmem /16 0x020bc000 = 0x30,we can download .inc files!The following error occurs when I start running:

DDR Freq: 352 MHz

t0: memcpy10 SSN x64 test
t1: memcpy8 SSN x64 test
t2: byte-wise SSN x64 test
t3: memcpy11 random pattern test
test2 Address: 0x4f2127c4
Data initally read was: 0xcc12da58
Data re-read is: 0xcc12da58
But pattern was: 0xcc12da48
Bit location: 0x00000010
Error: failed to run stress test!!!

we use V2.9 and V3.0 the same question!What went wrong here?
