Hi all,

Let me ask about a EncOpenParam for VPU operation.

Q1.

If EncOpenParam's bitRate is set to something other than "0", will it exceed the specified bitRate?

* Will it be controlled at a fixed bit rate?

Q2.

If EncOpenParam's bitRate is specified with something other than "0", will it compensate to the specified bit rate with padding when the bit rate is less than the bit rate specified at encoding?

Q3.

Does userOpMax and userQpMin set the fluctuation range of the Q value in units of macroblocks?

for bitrate, which depends on what mode you use, if you use CBR, yes, you can set the fixed bitrate

what do you mean userOpMax and Q value？ do you mean QP value？

if yes, refer to the VPU API reference manual, pMBQpInfo is not used in imx6
