Hi,

Can anyone shed light on availability of Android 8.1 for iMX6 quad processor platform ?

Does NXP have plan in place for 8.1 for iMX6 ? And if yes, what is approximate time frame for the release ?

Hello Rupesh Gujare,

The latest Android Release for the i.MX6 is the 8.0.0_1.0.0 BSP. There is no information about a 8.1. BSP. You can find the available Android BSPs on the link below.

I am aware of Android BSPs on the nxp site and I am particularly interested in 8.1 release for iMX6 platform (and not in 8.0.0_1.0.0). Do you have any idea about plan to release Android 8.1 BSP for iMX6 ?
