IMX8M ddr stress test tool error

We designed a board with IMX8M and lpddr4 combo. When we used MX8_ddr_tool software to check our memory design, the test too report an error:

MX8M: Cortex-A53 is found

*************************************************************************

PMU: Error: CA Training Failed.
PMU: ***** Assertion Error - terminating *****
[Result] FAILED

Any one can tell me what's the error meaning?

please use MX8M_LPDDR4_register_programming_aid from link

i.MX 8M DDR Tool Release

Sect.4.2 Run DDR Calibration and generate DDR initial code

MX8M_DDR_Tool_User_Guide included in package suggests

steps if DDR calibration failed.
