      <title>Motion Control using iMX7 SoM</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the iMX7 Dual SoM from Toradex in a design. I wish to generate PUL/DIR control signals for controlling a servo motor from this. The reference manual mentions the FlexTimer Module as well as a PWM module separately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While the Flextimer module mentions that it can be used to generate PWM signals for motor control, the PWM sections mentions that it has been optimized to generate Audio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So what should I refer to if I need to generate motion profiles to control a servo motor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
