Device Descriptor failed in imx6ul

Hi,

We got our custom board for production, we are using USB OTG port to flash the kernel, rootfs and uboot using mfgtool.

When we change to download mode and connect the USB otg port to PC , it is throwing USB device discriptor failed in the device manager. Is there any solution for this problem. Using imx6ul processor and custom board.

how did you change and what the error information? pls give me more detailed information about your issue, when you connect board to PC, pls check if the PC can detect the board or not, pls share your operation steps.

Using boot mode switches we are changing it to Download mode after that we are connecting USB otg 1 to PC(windows 10), then we are getting error (attached image check the highlighted in red). When we run mfgtool it is showing no device connected.

it seemsn the PC couldn't detect the board, you can try to install the driver or change to another PC, if your PC detect board, you should find it from "Human Interface Devices",

We tried all the steps you have mentioned, still it is behaving the same way. We have 5 custom boards ,one board is working but rest of the boards are not working. Is there anything to be done on Hardware side??
