Issue about not being able to proceed using the UsersGuide　UsersGuide通りに作業を進められない件について

Currently I am working on a project using the UsersGuide

(i.MX_Linux_User's_Guide.pdf ( Rev. L4.9.88_2.0.0-ga, 05/2018 )),

but I cannot get it to work the way it is written in the UsersGuide.

Please teach me how to fix this issue.

に従い作業を行っておりますが、想定の動作とならない現象が出ております。

解決方法をご教授下さい。

After running the MfgTool2.exe

「No Device Connected」 is displayed.

　※Attached image file: MfgTool2.png

　※ Wanted Result: 「Done」

-MfgTool2.exeを実行後

「No Device Connected」と表示される

　※参考添付資料名：MfgTool2.png

　※期待値：Done

　「iMX6_接続後.png」 → This is an image of the Evaluation Board in the PC Device Manager.

　-「iMX6_接続後.png」 → ＰＣ上で認識されている評価ボードの状態

reason for "No Device Connected" error may be computer

usb connection. Please try on other computer (preferably without usb 3.0 port),

try using external usb hub. May be useful to look at MFG Tool presentation on:

I changed PC(windows7-32bit USB2.0) and successful.
