Hi,

The i.MX8X is not released by now, you can see that it is on PREPRODUCTION i.MX 8X Applications Processors| Arm® Cortex®-A35, Cortex-M4 |NXP . So all the information you can see are in our website. When product released you can see and download all the materials. Hope this can do help for you.
