How get QuadSPI configuration parameters for IMX6ULL-EVK

Hello,everybody

I have a IMX6ULL-EVK board, want to boot use QuadSPI.I have tried use imgutil tool get sdk20-app.img in SDK_2.2_MCIM6ULL. reference below

but can not boot from QSPI,the bin is make by IAR,what is wrong?

run mfgtool2-sdk20-mx6ul-evk-qspi-nor-n25q256a.vbs ,like these status:

in the last picture,nothing occur forever.why the reminder is "No Device Connected",confirm the usb cabe is connect with board in this process? The Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for i.MX 6ULL Derivatives.pdf is like this

I see the sdk20-app.img ,it file contain IVT, boot data,dcd table ,etc.but didn't contain the boot device configuration parameters.

I think the img not have device configuration parameters, so can't boot from QSPI，do you think?

8.6.3 QuadSPI configuration parameters

this is a table, 512 byte,how to make the table use tool? Is there such a tool?

QuadSPI configuration parameters are provided in

mfg tool folder ..OS Firmware/files (its name like "qspi-nor-micron-n25q256a-config")

Mfg Tool can be found on link
