PCIe clock cannot be enabled

problem:

PCIe clock cannot be enabled， clock pins have no signal when kernel booting

project details: imx6 android4.4 linux 3.0.35_B01_V1.0

log :

[ 6.459812] iMX6 PCIe PCIe RC mode imx_pcie_pltfm_probe entering.
[ 6.579052] PCIE: imx_pcie_pltfm_probe start link up.
[ 7.189979] link up failed, DB_R0:0x0047b000, DB_R1:0x08200000!
[ 7.195994] IMX PCIe port: link down with power supply 1!

one can test pcie with baremetal sdk tests, it can be found

on SMP Enable in IMX6

check hardware using i.MX6 System Development User’s Guide
