SSP boot polarity issue patch file

Hi,

We are using Imx287 rev2.0 processor in our module. And booting through SD card. In errata we found there is problem clock polarity and patch is available. I tried to download patch from below link, but it is coming file not found "https://cache.nxp.com/downloads/en/updates-patches/mx28_ssppolarity_rompatch_up.zip " . Please share the required patch
