Is there had hardware/software testcase about imx8M?

Hello community:

Now,I get the imx8M EVK board, and our team want to start eg,high-low temperature test, software stability test etc,we just want to some comprehensive test.

Do nxp can give some hardware/software testcase docs?

there are no hardware/software testcase docs, for testing one can run

linux memtester or gpu applications.
