I've got complete files of Mfgtools with it's Ubuntu Trusty image (trusty.tgz). I run the mfgtools with serial download mode to install the ubuntu to eMMC, and it works fine. But after I restart the board (boot from eMMC), it's give me only blank screen (trough HDMI). Do you know why?
