How to switch the mode of HDMI TX in i.MX8M

Hi all

I have a question about HDMI TX in i.MX8M.

According to the chapter 13.4 of following document, the HD Display Transmitter Controller (HDMI TX) IP supports some protocols and it seems that it can switch by register or software configuration.

How can use switch the protocols ?

If it can switch by a register, please specify it.

On the other hand, if it can switch the protocol by only software, please provide me a sample source.

Hello,

For a HD Display TX controller supporting multi-protocols, switching

between the two modes (HDMI and DisplayPort) requires reloading the

appropriate FW.

Hello,

HDMI FW, required for HDMI controller should be loaded at i.MX8M boot

stage, without following system reset.
