Hello

I am using mfg tool together with imx6ull evk.

I have connected my computer to the USB OTG of the imx6ull evk.

When starting the scirpt "mfgtool2-yocto-mx-evk-sdcard-sd2" the tool starts and the device is shown as ."HID-compliant device"

When klicking start, the following steps are shown and the progress is shown on the upper bar, the lower bar is never showing any progress:

1. loading u-boot

2. loading kernel

3. loading initramfs

4. jumping to os

5. after jumping os, the first step is executed again and the compete progress starts from the beginning.

Why does this happen?

There should be also a debug output of the mfgTool.

The driver does not offer any additional serial interface.

The other USB interface (/ttyUSB0) does not show any debug output

I have here 2 computer.

1. computer Windows 7

On this computer I am running the mfgTool connected to J1102

2.
