LTIB is trying to get a package via network and it seems you have no network available for downloading the package...

i have set http_proxy and I am able to install packages using "apt-get install" so do u still think its a network issue.

hi i resolved the issue. i downloaded the relink patch and put in the respective folder still i got error telling relink patch is a garbage file so i downloaded gst-ffmpeg-0.10.3.tar.bz2.md5 and put it in the same folder.
