Hi,

In one of our product, we have a processor module which has iMX286 processor, DDR2 SDRAM and NAND memory. The input voltage to this board is 5V and the DDR, NAND are supplied from internal DCDC regulators. I have held the processor RESET and measured the current. It consumes 12mA which i believe is too high. Please clarify.

I have also tried find out the standby current of iMX286, but couldn't find it in any of the document. Could you please let me know the details of standby current.

Regards,
Senthilkumar
