iMXRT - supporting GUI libraries.

Hi,

I have the following queries for iMXRT

Do the iMXRT BSP contains any free graphic library?.
Is there any third party free graphic library tested with iMXRT by any customer?
iMXRT supports ucLInux. What is the foot print of it? What is the linux kernel version? What graphic library tested with UCLINUX?
Is emwin graphic library available with iMXRT?

3\ The ucLInux is the third party company supply, you can refer to :

Is it possible to use emwin graphic library in imxrt based commercial productes free of cost?

Yes, the emwin graphic library with iMXRT is freely available. You can use it.

Hi Rita,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Have couple of questions.

1. We didn't want to use hyper flash, instead we want to use either QSPI or SD card.

2. Can we use sd card to boot the system and run the emwin gui? Is tools are available to program the SD card from out side and use it in RT board?

3. Can we use qspi with emwin gui? Since emwin occupy a bigger amount of memory, is it wise to use QSPI for booting? Is tools are available to program the qspi with USB/uart connections with PC?

Hi Rita,

I am using SDK 2.4.0 for i.MXRT EVKB board and the boot device is QSPI. I am able to flash and run non-XIP programs to QSPI like hello world. But could not succesfully flash xip emWin application

The SDK does not allow to uncheck xip driver when emWin is selected.

According to this How to i.MXRT1051 QSPI Boot w/o XIP (Reside in Flash, Run from TCM) QSPI does not support xip in i.MXRT1051 .

Whether QSPI supports xip in i.MXRT1050 EVKB BOARD?

Whether the emWin applications be built without xip driver included.?
