do we support enable Interactive DDR debugging with IMx6soloX

I am trying to enable ddr_interactive mode in u-boot(u-boot-imx 2016) running on Imx6solox with below two options.

setenv ddr_interactive 1

saveenv

reset

then can entry DDR debug mode automatic, but t is not entering into DDR debug mode.

i also tried by typing/holding "d" on console while it is booting, it is also not working.
