NIST STS failure

We already upgraded Linux kernel from 3.14.38 to 4.1.15_2.0.0 so far.

Then I get 140MB from /dev/hwrng to do the test via NIST STS.

But the test failed on these two items. (LongestRun and RandomExcursions)

Could you give us some suggestions on this RNG issue?

Below is my parameter setting.

Length of bit streams (n) 1,000,000

Number of bit streams (sample size) (M) 1,073

Block Frequency block length 20,000

Non-Overlapping Templates template length 9

Overlapping Template template length 9

Universal block length (L), number of initialization steps (Q) L=7, Q=1,280

Approximate Entropy block length 8

Serial block length 16

Linear Complexity block length 1,000
